Before you use this

The Labour Act requires written particulars of employment within three months of a person starting. This template covers those particulars.

What it includes

Parties and start date, job title and duties, place of work, hours, remuneration and payment interval, leave entitlement, sick pay, notice period, confidentiality, and termination.

What you must complete

Anything in square brackets. Notice periods and probation length in particular should reflect what you actually intend.
