How it works

Six steps from informal to institutionally credible.

No quote calls, no unexplained delays, and no wondering who is actually doing the work.

  1. Step 1

    Tell us about your business

Six questions: what you sell, where you trade, how many people, what you turn over, and what already exists on paper. It takes two minutes, and it decides exactly which filings and deadlines apply to you.

Nothing is charged at this point.

  2. Step 2

Choose a plan and pay for it

Pick a tier and one payment route, annual or monthly, never a mix. You pay in full up front, and work starts the moment it clears. No deposits, no balances, no invoices chasing you later.

Statutory fees to CAC, NRS or SMEDAN are separate, shown before submission, and passed through at cost.

  3. Step 3

    AI produces the first draft

Usually within 48 hours. Your business plan, brand direction, legal drafts and compliance summary are generated from what you told us, not from a generic template.

This is what makes the price possible.

  4. Step 4

A qualified professional signs it off

A Nigerian solicitor, compliance officer, chartered accountant or brand designer reviews and corrects the draft, then puts their name to it. Nothing reaches you before that happens.

You see your specialist's name and can message them directly.

  5. Step 5

You review, twice if you need to

Two revision rounds are included with every delivery order, and your dashboard shows how many you have used. Say what needs changing and it goes straight back to your specialist.

Extra rounds can be bought if you want them.

  6. Step 6

    Delivered, then kept current

Files land in your document vault. Your compliance calendar starts counting down. Renewal years continue platform access, annual returns, tax filings, compliance monitoring and brand refreshes.

You are never left with a folder and no follow-up.

The core innovation

Machines for speed. People for accountability.

Neither half works alone. AI alone produces documents nobody will stand behind. Humans alone cost more than a small business can pay. Rizekit runs both, in sequence, on every single order.

Artificial intelligence

Drafts in days, not weeks

  • Business plans

Structured to what Nigerian lenders actually read first.

  • Brand identity

Logo, card, letterhead and social set, generated to a written direction.

  • Legal drafts

Agreements built from vetted Nigerian templates.

  • Compliance summaries

Your position explained in plain language.

This is what makes the price possible. Drafting is the expensive part of professional services, and it is the part a machine does well.

Qualified Nigerian professionals

Named, accountable, regulated

  • Solicitors

Every legal document is settled and signed off by a qualified Nigerian solicitor.

  • Compliance officers

Filings to CAC, NRS and NDPC are made by people answerable for them.

  • Brand designers

Human design work on the upgrade, and included at Enterprise.

  • Chartered accountants

Books, management accounts and the numbers in your plan.

You see your specialist's name and message them directly. Regulatory accountability is not something a template can give you.

Every order, in sequence

  1. 1

    Your brief

You describe the business in your own words.

  2. 2

    AI draft

A complete first draft, usually within 48 hours.

  3. 3

    Specialist review

A named professional corrects, settles and signs off.

  4. 4

    Delivered

Into your vault, with two revision rounds included.
